ECU question , 2 Step , Flashing

Hey guys pimpdaddy here again .... with yet another noobish question

( sorry for all the questions and different thread's , i am doing research just cant find the answers )

ok so .... i have a 1999 gsx with a flash-able ecu
I plan on installing a 2-step ( rev-limiter ) with all my other upgrades ...
i know the current rev limit is stored within the ecu ......

so after flashing the ecu can i install/program a 2 step ( rev-limiter ) on the ecu without going and buying one ?



and if i have to buy one ... is there and good cheaper ones around 100$

ceddymods already gives you the 2step function. Install it, select speed activation, rpm and retard value and voila. 2step.
