Caps leaked out and corroded board. Removing electrical components and found that one is missing. Labeled as C44. Looks like it would be some type of surface mount resistor but hoping someone knows the specs for it.

Ouch- that poor board looks terrible. C44 would be a surface mount capacitor, and it's forming an RC filter with R46. If you applied a TON of heat to remove the electrolytic C108, C44 may have melted and fallen off, but that would expose fresh solder under component so that the pads would be more shiny. The pads look corroded, so my bet is that C44 was never populated in manufacture and you are just seeing the corroded pads for it. There is so much corrosion that may or may not clean up, you might have bigger problems down the line. Best of luck.
