Wire in a resistor on each side's turn signal wiring. I forget the wattage because I've had my Spyder converted for years now, but that's all it takes. It's no different if you were to install LED bulbs and have to reduce the flash speed due to their lack of amp draw.

Mine didn't have hyper flash when I originally did this mod. But at the time, I had sequential blinkers in front, and it flashed normal. The sequential blinkers have since failed and I have the hyper flash. I haven't figured out a way to solve it yet.

Resolve it with a resistor.

There needs to be enough load on the flasher unit to slow down the blinking. Without sufficient electrical load, the flasher will allow for a fast blink. Either add an additional bulb or install a resistor to create higher load on the flasher.

This is a very easy issue to solve. You guys are just over thinking it.

So, I read this thread, I am in an opposite position. I am going from Talon to Eclipse, I have issues with the blinking and also I guess the blinker is hard to see, or not even working when I press on the brakes, my friend said. Do I have to do the brake re-wire that was described in this thread? Any help is appreciated. I searched talon to eclipse conversion, but this was the only thread that popped up. Thanks in advance.

i'm solving the turn signal problem by making a turn signal relay out of a 555 timer. in time i'm converting the rear end into full led so itd help not having a box that flashes fast with a light out or not at all with both out. reverse light wire has to be moved into the tail light harness and brake light wire straight from the brake switch to the light. not to the turn signal box
