1G check engine light 93 eclipse

On my 1st gen my check engine light is on I have the 4g37 (1.8l) the only thing I can think of that would cause check engine light would be the isc( idle speed control) located on the throttle body. When I turn my a/c on the idle for a down to 600. I need to pass emissions and the only thing I think won't pass is check engine. How can I delete the check engine. (I don't have any computer tools)

Check the code and fix the problem. You only need a test light to test for codes.
