Check Engine Light - Scanner Says Error

[H4G64T]

Car: Stock 99 GSX, 5 Speed, Federal Emissions

Runs great. Check engine light randomly came on. Plug in the scanner and it just keeps saying error. No clue where to start, looking for people who may have had this mystery issue and how they went about resolving it.

Either a Bad ground, no power or the ECU

Keeps saying error as a error in reading?

Try a different scanner.

Check all the connectors and grounds as well.
