abs light and cant find scanner

I have a 98 gsx with an abs light on and can't find a scanner to pull the code. I've tried all the after market scanners and evo scan and still no code can be pulled.

Have you tried a scan tool with OEM software for non engine control systems?
It would have sub systems listed seprately to access each systems self diagnostics.

Innova scanners does both OBD codes and ABS.
