I took my pedal assemblies off my 98 Eclipse to remove the rust and repaint them. However, I can't remember where the clutch and brake pedal return springs connect to? Can someone tell me where to connect them to or better yet take a picture?

    Thanks.

From the serevice manually. Brake is a little simplier than the clutch pedal.

Thanks. I really appreciate it. But, where does the Clutch Pedal Return Spring (#3) and the Brake Pedal Return Spring (#1) connect to under the dashboard?

Try to line it up straight and you should be able to find the holes. Idk if you’ll get someone here to be on their back and under the dash in the middle of winter to snap a pic. Summer, probably. Lol

My 98 is on a lift at work. I'll snap a picture in the morning and post it for you.

Here's a pic to help you out. It's not the best, but there's a reason I'm not a photographer. Lol. Hope this helps you. 20200218_101337.jpg

Your pictures are much better anyway. I just couldn't seem to find the perfect angle while the car was on the lift. I thought it would have made it easier. I guess I'm getting too old. Lol
