Alrighty guys, I'm going to start doing a few modifications to my my 95 GS-T. I have an eBay catback exhaust on my RS and it sounds good and bolted right on, now my question is are the eBay exhausts just as good for the turbo DSMs? I've had my GS-T for a while now, but its time of being stock is over. So I was thinking so,ething like this http://www.ebay.com/itm/95-99-JDM-Eclipse-Talon-N1-SS-Stainless-Cat-Catback-Exhaust-Muffler-System-3Pcs-/120812806394?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&fits=Model%3AEclipse%7CSubmodel%3AGST&hash=item1c210120fa&vxp=mtr
If anyone runs an eBay exhaust on their Turbo DSM, let me know if you have/had any problems with it. Thanks guys.

My catback muffler ended up sagging & angling down after install.

The downpipe was fine.

Good piece for the price. Just needed some adjustments. Which were made, & now it looks fine. Pix in gallery.

i had ebay mandrel bent 3 inch cat-back and it sounds great (in fact, I have been told mine sounded better than the other eclipses in the area) I had no problems putting it on except for the fact that my stock exhaust was rusted on. the ebay exhaust worked perfectly.

I'm in the middle of installing mine now. The biggest problem I've run into so far is the exhaust hangers, I'm gonna have to take them to a shop to bend them out far enough to work, they're almost flush with the piping.

I have the RS*R knockoff, and it was easy to install. Fits perfectly, sounds great, the only problem was a hanger on the pipe was on the opposite side from stock, but even would be easily remedied by reversing the hanger on the body.

I'm just warning you.Because I bought a thermal 3 inch catback. And the part that is supposed to bolt up to the cat is stepped down to 2 inches.

Apparently it's a very common problem with catbacks.

:hmm: thats interesting, I'll be on the lookout during installation when I get mine then Thanks again Bud.

Well I clicked your add.And if you look at the part the bolts to cat it looks stepped down.So when you get it measure it.Should cost tops 20 bux for someone to chope that part off and put a 3 inch flange and a couple inches of 3 inch stainless..
