28 X 12 X 3 Core from CXracing with their "universal" piping kit.
I/C was very easy to install, having done about a thousand of them, there were really no surprises. I also decided t keep the crash bumper for now, which may change later and that required some cutting and grinding. Again, no real surprises with the bumper, except those goddamn internal supports, forgot about those.
Piping was a different matter.
I didn't realize until far too late that the 90-91 cars have different reinforcement points and plates welded over the hole I would normally use to route the hot-side pipes. We spent hours tryig to find a solution and came up with some really exotic angles to fit the pipes and when all was said and done, the result sucked, as you will see...
I now have a solution, it involves a 3" hole saw and some creative intuition but I'm pretty sure it's going to work. Anyways, the following pics show some of the process and the results.
