thanks guys for all the replies. I took it down to the shop today and it did not match up what soever from what I wanted. I had him cut out a resonator in the original pipes and weld a new muffler. The drawback is it is the stock piping but after all this I thought it would be easier to sell it and later on buy me something that has the slot for an 02 sensor and bolt on to the Cat.
Definately save up for a nicer exhaust system. I would hate having to worry about not having an o2 sensor bung and worrying about the cat not matching up... you'd spend more money at the shop than on the actual exhaust and even then it's not guaranteed to have a good sound.
