ebay dual mbc question

does this allow for individual adjustment of 2 different levels of boost or does it adjust one and return to stock level on low setting? Anyone had experience with ebay mbc?
im hesitant to buy ebay crap but really, how can you mess up a boost controller.

Most duasl stage boost controller like the turbo xs one allow you to set 2 different setting ( ie one for 20 pounds and one for 24pounds) and use a toggle switch that you put somewhere inside the cabin to switch between the settings.
