Hello ppl.
I've searched "ebay coilover" to get some feed back on it but there wasn't good thread about it.
Since my k-sport coilover is blown and bouncing like crazy after 5 years/50k miles, I need new coilover but my budget is very low.
Therefore, I need some feed back on this ebay coilover.
I have 99 GST spyder and no major mod and driving it for daily.
Here is the link for the coilover
1995 1996 1997 Mitsubishi Eclipse Coilover Suspension Ki DSM 2G Eagle Talon | eBay

If anyone has used or currently using this set, please give me some feed back.
If not worth it, I might have to go with this Megan kit.
Megan Coilover Damper Kit EZ Street Eclipse 95 - 99 | eBay

Thank you in advance.

Those coilovers are garbage. Dont waste your money on them. I used to have a talon that had them on it when I bought the car and the ride quality was horrible. They are made by Emusa which just so happens to be located about 15mins from where I live. Megan is a good setup if they are legit. There is alot of knockoffs on ebay so be careful.

I'll second that opinion. If i hadn't thrownaway and cut up a few pieced of them for other uses i'd offer you a set for the cost of shipping them to you. Might as well leave the lug nuts loose on one wheel and pick a couple random bolts on the suspension and just loosed them up and leave them that waywhen you put the wheels back on. I mean if you're gonna crash fome a susp failure, you might as well have a little control over what parts go first LOL

BUt really they are junk fromthe type of aluminum alloy used. to the mounting to the strut and the crap threading of the collars and sleeves which will lock up shortly after yopu set the hight on them for the first time and go drive around a while.

I'd rather cut oem springs than run the ebay coil overs.. I used a few parts of mine as spacers to just run shorter springs i bought seperately from hyperco in ratesi could pick. It felt kinda bad to tell the old lady at the time that i couldn't run the coilovers she bought me for christmass because they were literally junk (and not just opinion junk, but dangerouse to my life junk) For as bad as things went she actaully took that quite well whejn i think back about it LOL
