Ebay clutches really trash or awd guys are killing them

Well guys I had to decide what I was going to do first timing belt or clutch. Of course I did the timing belt Now Im short on cash and need a clutch. I was looking at the this ebay clutch

Now before I started this thread I looked at past threads. Its seems like the only people that kill the ebay clutches are the awd guys. Well im fwd and Im really soft on the clutches compared to the awd guys. Now this clutch wont see anything over a 14b over 16psi.
Any thoughts before I buy

I bought a exedy clutch off of ebay for my car and it has held up great. It was the cheapest one that excedy makes and I have had no problems with it. Of course I will be upgrading when I get more power, I have heard good things about the XTD clutch kits.

I have had a few experiences with those XTD Clutch kits on ebay. Out of the 3 that I have installed for people, they have had no problems. Other than the un-sprung 6-puck clutches having some chatter which is kind of expected with an UN-sprung 6 puck.

I say for the money its decent, but if you really drive your car hard and even attend tracks days, I would not trust it.

I've heard mostly (by that I mean about 90%) postive things about the XTD Clutches. As such, I'm opting to go with the Stage 3 Clutch Kit & Flywheel for a local guy. He wants to race his car professionally and has made me his crew chief, even though I'm more of an adviser that installs. His clutch is toast, so a new one is needed. I'm willing to bet he can get back 0.3 seconds on the quarter. Since, the install will be during the winter, I don't think we can test this theory this season. And next by next April I would have long forgetten this thread. You know, I'm not even sure why I replied to this thread.

I have the XTD stage 3 clutch with the sprung 6-puck and it has held up very nice. The only complaint I have is the peddle feel is a little soft for my taste but overall great clutch.
