Read through VFAQ Several times, didn't answer my question...

My Exhaust Cam jumped 1 Tooth off Time.

Is there a Quick(er) way to set it back with out taring everything apart, and or damaging\Ghetto rigging anything important.

If it jumped time, something is worn out or not adjusted right in the first place. Take it apart... replace the timing components with new OEM ones (where needed) and do it right.
