I believe my timing may be off a bit and i am trying to figure out what the easiest way to do this is. I have a new timing belt and balance shaft belt so i will be doing that but while i am doing that i would like to fix the timing.

You have to pull all the accessories off, timing covers, tensioner, and belt. There is NO way around it.

Fixing your timing is as simple as doing a timing belt change. Just line up all your marks.
