EA Hates DSM's. Protest the new Need For Speed!

Back to the matter at hand, has any of you played the full version ? It's garbage anyway, no manual transmission, no free roam, no REAL story, the physics are JUNK compared to Forza & GT5, and it's extremely buggy/laggy on PC even with a system that meets the Recommended specs, glad I didn't buy into the hype.

I played Forza 3 for the 360 last week and I enjoyed it. I usually hate controllers and prefer keyboards, but they did a good job at the game. It's hard to define physics in a game that is rendered 3d then displayed in 2d, and the only feedback you have is from a wheel or shaking controller. I also bought Madden 2011 for the iPhone and it totally sucks. Nothing running and the framerate is probably 15-20 fps and control is delayed.

Wow I never realized some people took this so hard , I personally found it hilarious, if I could have one of the other cars they showed in the commercial I'd take it anyday over my Talon.

Wasn't feeling too good last night so I did not update the list. Sorry guys.

There a couple reasons for me to want to sign the petition. First is the one stated above... "Something you actually want to drive". hell yea I want to drive this car and be proud to have owned it. Personally, I would rather take the money I could spend on a new ferrari and I would restore the shit out of my car to showroom form. Why? becasue If I have that kind of money, I would own every version of the DSM (up to 99)! I love these cars. Do I care if the car is in the game... No, but it would be interesting and a bonus.

Second, I don't like NFS anyways, So I would gladly sign something boycotting the game.

Everyone in here was acting grown up about this until you and a few others came in and tried diluting our point by comparing our cars to lambos... that's insane and unnecessary.

DSMs may only be cars to you but they are more than that to us. My DSM was my first true love (in car form) and I'll be damned if I don't stick up for it.

EA couldn't lawyer up and come after us for exercising our right of free speech and to peaceably assemble. We are not going out of our way to harm EA.

Yea, in a straight line, which isn't racing. Build one to take on an exotic sports car in a real race (turns) and it would cost nearly the amount the exotic would cost. There's no replacement for displacement/cylinders. I may not drive but I do anyway because I believe it is a right and not a privilege. I would also refuse to valet park a DSM if I was a valet.

I don't take pride in my car because it is just a car. If it disappeared I would get another car or DSM. If a loved one died you can't replace them. You are treating a car like it is an emotional object. Good for you. I don't buy into that materialistic crap. I realize it is just a car and my life would go on just fine with another car. A car is something most people need. I don't like working on them anymore, but I do, just to keep it alive, and not mod it. I will never take part in racing of any form (street or track.) I have better things to do with MY time. There's more to life than cars and worrying about companies bashing them. No matter what area of interest you have, someone will always bash it. Go to a sporting event, surely there will be people there who will bash the team you like. If you are a Philadelphia sports fan then you will probably end up committing murder over something like that. The rest of the world could care less.

Though I think if they would have used a Honda or any other "real life" vehicle, those drivers would have the same reaction we would. EA can't really be disrespecting DSM's if they have had the GSX in almost all its NFS games. I just believe the department that worked on Hot Pursuit are a bit ignorant and shouldve never low-blowed the DSM and low budget community.
