would i see much gains(if any) from using 850's with e85 with a t25? the benefit would be increased timing due to the octane but to what degree. is there much power to be made? reason i ask is im still saving money to buy the lines, downpipe, o2 housing, and 44mm tial ewg to make my fp 3065 work.

Not only can you advance timing, you also get leaner AFR's out of the deal too.

I've been to RRE and watched a GSX - t25 - catback - 17psi @ 3.4k - hard UICP - 91oct do 173awhp/205tq. I was also was at RRE and watched a GSX - t25 - 17psi @ 3k - 264's - fuel mods - ECMLink - E85 do 240awhp/311tq

I'm sure the cams had a lot to do with the quicker spool time but running E85 definitely put that GSX past stock rated hp numbers and it was TO all four wheels. I was impressed with the car having a stock exhaust, intake, IC, IC piping, etc. etc. I have pictures of it under the hood and the dyno as well since I was in dis-belief.

Why not make the switch to E85 while you wait for the bigger turbo? Odds are you'll get addicted and want to run E85 when you switch to the bigger FP 3065. LOL

^definitely going to need the bigger Injectors if you plan on maxing out the 3065. That's what I run with a set of 1550's. I can't say yet if they'll be enough because I'm lacking a few things in the fuel dept but in due time ill know.

if i do go with a set of say 1650's, will i need to get high impendance to get the idle right?

I would make the switch even on a stock turbo, i know the t25 does not have much room to play with but on the other hand you will be ready for some good power when you get your new setup and supporting mods. I would love to run e85 on my 14b...

I just put bluemax 1650(low z) and e85 this past sunday, Just tuned to cruise for now. And it idles better than when i had 850's. On a 16g LOL and hks 280. Before u boys go asking why. I have a ts hx40 sitting at home .

Those were the injectors I will be purchasing next. Hopefully I wont run out of fuel pump;)
