Dual Stage boost controller tuning probs?

I was kinda wondering if anyone had encountered any problems when tuning with a dual stage boost controller. Seems to me the WOT tuning would be so different that on either low or high boost it would not run right. Any opinions?

As long as your hi and low boost are both tuned at reasonable pressure on the same type of fuel, there should not be much of a difference.

It really depends on how efficient your setup is though.
