Dual Stage boost controller tuning probs?

I was kinda wondering if anyone had encountered any problems when tuning with a dual stage boost controller. Seems to me the WOT tuning would be so different that on either low or high boost it would not run right. Any opinions? :thumb:
 
As long as your hi and low boost are both tuned at reasonable pressure on the same type of fuel, there should not be much of a difference.

It really depends on how efficient your setup is though.
