I have read about how people make their own dual stage boost controllers, and on my last DSM I had one that I made. The issue I had back then was finding a 12V solenoid valve to use. I had to steal one off of my old Toyota truck because no auto parts store had any in stock ever, they never knew what to look for. My question to some of you experts out there, is if you could use the stock BCS as the dual stage solenoid valve be re-wiring it to a 12V switch, and re-doing the vaccum lines to bypass the manual boost controller? I am assuming that the stock BCS is just a 12V on or off solenoid valve, is that right or not? I am about to buy a 1G DSM and was just seeing if this is going to be possible, cause that would bring the cost down to under $5 for dual stage boost control.

The Stock Solenoid configured for Dual Stage Boost control. Took about 10 minutes to set up. See the Vfaq for the "poor mans profec"
