Ive found a lot of useful information on both dsmlink and the translator pro w/ speed density. And I understand a few pros and cons to both in both functionality and finance. But I still haven't come to a solid conclusion on which one will full fill my needs on the amount I have to spend. Im upgrading to 880cc injectors and putting on a 20G w/supporting mods, fmic, and a wide band. Im still not 100% on if I need an etg. It seems that there a mixed views on it but thats another thread I guess. I would like to run speed density to get rid of the mas but I understand that it doesnt log knock and Im not to sure if the newest version that is out still needs keyspan to control timing, or if it could retard it for that matter. And it looks like I can have all the components minus the keyspan if it is needed and minus a computer for about $540. But if I went with dsm link, I would also want to do the gm maft. And I may have to send my ecu off....Unless I could find someone selling dsm link with the ecu, but it seems like I would spend around $800 with the gm mas and translator. I am pretty good with soldering and have considered soldering the eprom myself. Ive been reading and searching for hours but I still havent came to a conclusion and I dont want to make the wrong decision and end up not being able to get the car baq up with the alotted amount of money I have for it. Any input/advice will be greatly appreciated.

AEM and GM IAT sensors are identical.

Here are charts on the sensor:

I need that "flying lead" that goes in the iat...guess pull a part might have some. But so far ive ordered everything to run it. Just have to wait on a certain back ordered item....And about to cancel my order on those total seal piston rings.

The same connector comes on gm's im assuming. Because I have three other connectors I need to grab for the dsm n e how. The temp sensor for the A/C and this other sensor with a one wire connector on the same harness. And the reverse lights connector. So ill still look around pullapart.
