if these are off how do you adjust them? trying to make sure everything is set before i tune (boost leaks, base timing, fpr). Raw tps should read .32 and tps volts should read .63 and mine are .33 and .65 is that close enough to the recommended values?
 
You have to adjust these by adjusting the TPS sensor. That is the black piece on the front of your throttle body. You have to unbolt/unscrew the two bolts holding it down and rotate it to get the numbers in spec. I'd say to try and adjust it even more and get it on. It is possible, but it takes a slight touch to just move it a tiny, tiny amount.
 
thanks. ill give it a try tomorrow. also wheres the biss screw? need that to adjust my isc position.
