Bought new battery for 98 gst. Haven't drove it alot just 10 to 20 minutes every other day. Battery is dead now. Pulled alternator had it tested 3x says it's OK. Any ideas.

Yeah.

On the door handles, do they both still have the key cylinders in them to unlock the door, or does one door have the cylinder pushed through

There is a sensor on the key cylinder in the doors to sense if they are being turned. If the sensor is broken the power locks will constantly try to unlock the doors

Short answer, pull the power locks fuse out from the drivers side floor well and see if the battery stops getting drained
