I found these in a head off a car we just got in. There are no brand names but one is a 260 and the other says 264. Any ideas?

from what vehicle? there are only two sources for OE 260/264 cams: 94 Galant GS and EURO spec NA 4g63
 
They came in a 2g Turbo car but I don't think they are OEM ones.
