I just put in some delphi 580's and my new ecu today and im about to put in a walbro 190. I have an evo3 16g and I want to run close to 20psi. Would I need to rewire the 190 to achieve this?

Smaller wire=heat. Heat=resistance. Resistance=more heat...... see where that leads? Round n round
You want large wiring going to a high load source like the fuel pump. It can't hurt to do that and really clean all of your ground wiring

Like dsmkauai said for 20-25$ and your time it's worth it. You can get everything you need from a local auto parts store, or you can order a kit like STM sells with everything you need including a pigtail for the relay for $30.....defiantly spend the little bit of cash and spend some time and rewire your pump it's all worth it in the end!

I would defiantly rewire the pump and maybe for for a walbro 255lph. That should give you plenty of fuel for a long time.
