alright i have my complete turbo kit here so i thoight and today im talkin to this guy and he says i absolutly need a new fuel pressure regulator is this tru of will my stock 420A one be fine for like 7 lbs of boost ? and if not where can i get a good one ? thanks

you should get one.....

i recommend the vortech sfmu for your application. check the parts guide on this site, and they should have a list of places you can buy one.

You definately need a new FPR. There is no way around it.

A lot of people use the SFMU or regular FMU.

alright sounds good but the guy how im doing it with says i will not need one for 7 lbs of boost but im deffinately going to get one.... which one will work on my car?? and also the HRC kit doesnt come with one ? well i dont think ill look alittle more in to it but for now im getting one thanks

Well how does he expect to get extra fuel by boosting? You're going to need some sort of rising rate FPR.
