Do I need a new clutch kit if I get a new tranny?

I'm planning on getting a tranny rebuild and I was wondering if I should put in a new clutch kit. My 2nd gear grinds up top and the guys and Jacks Transmittion said if my clutch is dragging it could cause me not to be able to get into gear at high rpms(only 2nd). It would also void my warranty if it is dragging. It seems my clutch is ok, but they have me wondering if it is my clutch or the tranny? I need input because I dont want to get a clutch kit if the clutch is good.

This clutch has held up over a year on doing pizza deliveries on 320 whp.

Damn. There's no way in hell that the pizza guys around here are using anything near 320whp to deliver pizzas.

Hey, 320whp is pretty impressive on a 14b

We used a stock clutch with the xtd PP and it still felt the same. Now my ripped left leg matches my ripped right arm. But the arm is from something else..

This clutch is not that hard to drive. I dd the crap out of mine and after break in the pressure plate is only slightly more stiff then stock. I would not get any other clutch tell about 550 awhp

Its like the more I research the more I get confused. So many differnt set-ups
