Do I have a bad o2 sensor?

Well, I just got my car back today, and hooked up my Datalogger for the first time.. While the car was idling I noticed the o2 voltage jumping around from .03, .06, .96, .78, .09, .92, .68 ect... I was wondering if this is normal, or if this is a sign of a bad o2 sensor? Ifso, how much do o2 sensors normally cost and are they attainable at any autoparts store, or only dealership? -- thanks in advance!

To add to the question and not the answer... Will a bad 02 sensor cause an untuned car with a properly hooked up air/fuel gauge to read extremely lean on startup and read so lean the red lights won't even light up? I think it is my upstream 02 sensor. I'm just wondering because my car gets inspected this month and this will probably cause it to fail emissions.

the voltage jumping around is normal and as long as you still have you cat you should be fine on emissions.
