Disabliling Ignition lock help

Last night my car was broken into and they cut the 6 wire harness going into ignition switch and really messed up the igniton lock key hole. they actually got the car to turn over but couldn't get any power on.

tonight i pulled the ignition switch out re-connect all wires and it starts and runs now but the wheel is locked and my key wont go in further then 1/26th of a inch.

Please any help would be so greatly appreciated i need tp be able to drive to work tomorrow..i missed today trying to get switch out and hook all wiring up.i can't miss tomorrow too....Any help on disabliling that wheel lock swithc thing

Well i was desparte and just took a hammer and beat my cylinder lock off..it cracked...i know this was bad and looks horriable and i sucked doing it on my beautiful gsx but i need to get to work and right now using a screwdriver i can start it.
