I finally got my clutch drag issues fixed. After changing all my hydraulics, and putting in a new clutch. It ended up being a engine to transmission bolt that the previous owner never put back in.
Now I have a new issue. Its difficult to get into both 1st, and 3rd. Initially, it was fine. But after driving it for a day, it got hard to shift. It just pops back out. It doesn't "click" in. I adjusted the cable. And that worked, for a little while yesterday. It was working good, this morning, it's doing it again. I followed the instructions per the repair manual about just twisting the adjuster.
Is there some sort of locking nut that holds it in place once I get it to where it needs to be? It seems odd to me that I would just spin it, then that be it. I suspect that it just loosened itself back up.
Thoughts? Thanks in advance.
