Is there any kind of difference in these two intake systems? I'm looking to get a pipe from e-bay, but they only have 2g's. I read that there was an 8mm step from the 2g pipe to the 1g, and that would cause a loss in performance.

Thanks for the help!

- Update your profile.:thumb:
- Are you talking about the intake pipe, the intercooler pipes, the throttle body, or the intake manifold?

Can't tell from your post. Might get more answers if you elaborate a bit.:thumb:

Ahh, I forgot I even put a vehicle on there :)

My N/T motor blew up a couple weeks ago, so I'm going to go ahead and go for the turbo swap. I've been lurking around and studying for about two years, I've just never had the gumption to go for the swap. I'm traveling to Champaigne, IL for a junker car with a 4G63t that I'm going to rebuild and hopefully mod a bit.

I digress.

The part I was talking about was the solid intake tube going from the air filter to the turbo.

Thanks for the intel!
