difference in turbo

A dsm with a t-25 set at say 10 psi will that feel the same/produce the same about of hp/tq as say a evo 16g at 10 psi? I know its a newb question but I'm still new to the whole turbo thing.

No, a 16g will flow a lot more air then a t25 at the same pressure level.
