Whats up guys,
Well I want to get a front mount with short route piping but I am stuck on which one to go with, the one I have not heard a lot about on here is the SBR one. I have a AGP garrett kit with a 60-1 turbo, rest of the mods are in my list. Which one should I go with that will be best with my turbo, AGP, Dejon Tool, or SBR??? I have a Greddy right now and I want to avoid the 18 million feet of piping, and also want a bar and plate design rather than a tube and fin. Also I know I will be looking at better spool time but what else? Thanks in advance

Any of those will work really. I know this doesn't help you but the SBR and DT are bar and plate cores. Get whichever's cheaper. I don't know about the AGP core. ;) I have had the DT coming 2 years this spring and I love it. :thumb:

I say the agp, I heard a lot of good about that kit. I want to get it to. The kit comes with a spearco core. It looks so mean in the front of the car

Buschur is also making a 2g FMIC with short route piping. Just to add to the list :)

I just bought the slow boy kit too. Got it in the mail tuesday. it looks wicked. very short piping and great craftsmanship. I haven't installed it yet, (going on this weekend) but it's got short route 2.5" piping, flows over 1000cfm and has been known on a few 650whp cars. it's killer.

all the stainless piping is laser welded (very nice) and the aluminum core is mig welded I believe.. they both look amazing. price isn't that bad for a full kit. $900. any questions about it lemme know. :dsm:

Alluminum can not be mig welded. I have the dejon tool kit. Looks good but required some cutting that I was not aware of. I like it though. Price is good also. I reccomend the 1g bov mod also.

Actually aluminum can be mig welded, however the slowboy core is tig welded. I have the slowboy kit and I love it. There is some cutting involved and relocating the power steering cooler and there was no gasket for the tb elbow. Other than that it's pretty staightforward. The piping is very short and very high quality. The increased flow over my stock sidemount was extrmemly noticeable in power and spoolup time was exactly the same. I have no experience with the other kits mentioned so I can't comment on them.
