i am in the process of installing my fmic and am not exactly where it bolts up, or what all has to be moved/trimmed. i have the c pipe in place off my t25 and the fan is trimmed but have no clue what else has to be trimmed besides the radiator support. anyone got any pics of a true short route on a t25 or at least can guide me to some help? need this done by the morning to drive to college LOL.

ok so here are some pics, i think i have the top plates right but no clue on the bottoms, with the short route piping the bov ricirc tube does not line up right, i still need to trim the radi. support and the plastic by the crank pulley, i guess the real thing bothering me is the fact the dejon intake pipe is not getting tight on the turbo, and do i need to move the catch can and PS lines? this went from taking 2 hours to over 5 now.

ok well i hope someone gives me some guidence on the mounting of the car on the bottom but for now off to trim the radiator support and more plastic junk, along with drilling and tapping my dejon intake pipe, kinda sucks i have to trim the recirc tube on it to get it to line up to the bov.

For my front mount i removed the fog lights and mounted plates there. as far as the intake pipe, i'm not sure the diameter on the t25 intake, but make sure the coupler is the right size on the turbo side. i just measured my turbo intake side and ordered accordingly.

it has the ring on the inside of the pipe so it does get flush to the turbo i had not tightened it enough yet thats all. where would i relocate the catch can too or can i get a new/smaller one? my lower pipe runs into it along with the power steering lines, so what should i do with those too? thanks for the help guys.

man not alot i can help you with i don't know what your pipes look like or how your trying to mount it up.

maybe a better idea would be to run the pipes and relocate everything else that u can. If you have to get it on soon!

When I installed my FMIC I had to cut a hole in the fender well to route the pipe. Also where your catch can is I had my trans cooler, All I did was remove it and mount a aftermarket smaller version of the cooler.Wouldnt a huge FMIC slow spool up on a t25?

well at this point the IC does not fit right, the lower pipe from the turbo puts the pipe about 4in. behind the IC core so i am going to have to get a pipe made monday to bolt it up, i hope..... no answer from dejon when i called to ask about it either. or if there is a way to mount the PS lines elsewere i could get it done tonight, maybe.

well at this point i am very unhappy with the way this kit is fitting, i figured a few hours to install it and it's ended up taking days. monday i am going to have a new lower pipe made to extend the extra 4in i need to mount to the ic core and it should be fine. honestly would not reccomend this to anyone else, buy the SBR kit or punishment. i have got the intake tube trimmed to fit properly now though so thats a plus

i know im late but i had the same problem with you.......so what i did....i cut from the very top of the PS line and put a small piece of hose.........and it made everything fit
