Datalogger tuner help

Hi, My dad and I are in the process of tuning his Talon TSI. He's running pump gas 93 octane. BTDC is set at 5. Here is his major mods:

Ported Evo III 16g
Ported 2g manifold
Ported dump o2 housing
FP MBC (set at 14psi but creeps to 20psi)
3" catback
3" intake
K&N filter
2g throttle body elbow
RRE FMIC
2.25" LICP
2.5" UICP
GM Maft 1.32version
550 RC injectors
255 walbro fuel pump
ACT 2600
Rebuilt transmission

I can't lower the boost anymore than(14psi but creeps to 20psi). I've tried everything from running without the MBC to cutting the inner spring.

What should I do from here?
1. Should I richen the mixture with the GM maft
2. Buy a AFPR and adjust from there?
3. Should I lower the BTDC
4. Or just add some C16 and call it a day?

What data should I tune for? What should the o2, knock, and timing read? Whats the range?

Add fuel. Timing is being pulled because of the knock. Is this a 1g?

Yeah, its a 1g.

Yeah go ahead and add fuel then and see what it does. Turn the bc up a little and see if it creeps any higher, if not go ahead and turn it up to 20 so it doesn't creep anywhere.

Picking up an AFPR would be a great idea.

As far as the log goes, we really need a 3rd gear pull from about 2500 to redline. But from what I can see, you need to add some fuel in the upper rpm range.
