new tuner need help

i just picked up a 96 gsx with a 6 bolt swap and am having some trouble with it at low rpm's. When i am just driving it normal (shifting around 2500) i can feel the car studdering. When i get on it the car just seems to die until the turbo spools and then takes off fine from there. I have a safc 1, 650 injectors, walboro 255 fp and stock fpr. any ideas at all for some numbers for me to have on my fuel curve?

highs should be around -30 and your gonna need to check your Fuel Trims with a logger to get your low's set up right.

Are you sure your just not bogging it down by shifting it so low? I shift at like 4500 just driving around town.
