my setup is a walbro 255lph fuel pump 16g turbo faze boost gauge 2 1/2 down pipe
3'' cat back k&n filter 14lbs of boost 91 octane fuel I was woundering about my fuel trims what should they be new to data logging some one help

Your fuel trims are for part throttle cruising. The ecu corrects the a/f based on these long term trims. You want to be as close as possible to 100%. Anything higher than 100% is showing your leaner than what the ecu expects. Anything lower than 100% is showing your richer. The ecu will compensate untill it can't anymore. 139% is max on the lean side. So the ecu is telling you it can't correct anymore for your lean a/f mixure for part throttle.
Your real problem is the high knock counts at full throttle. I would try to turn down the boost untill you can get it to go down. Drive your tank of 91 down to about empty and fill up with some 93 oct. See if it changes anything.
If it still don't help put some race gas in and see if it still knocks. If it does I would check your knock senser and see if the black goo is melting out of it. Loud lifters will also ring the knock senser.

You need some bigger injectors, afc, and a adjustuble fuel pressure regualor to safely run your 16g. Without some kind of fuel control your not going to be able to do much for your fuel trims.
Hope this helps.
