I just got my cable and a copy of the mmcd software that I ordered from ebay. I'm trying to connect my palm m100 to my computer to download the software but I keep getting an error. It's telling me that the connection between the handheld and the desktop could not be established. I've already registered but I don't know what else to try. Do I have a bad hotsync cable or what. Please someone help me before I get the hammer out.
