Cyclone Intake Setup, is this right?

Yeah, JNZ has the gaskets on back order, no clue when or if they'll ever come back in stock. I have my order in just in case.

I'm going to go ahead and take it apart, just for my own sanity and make new gaskets. What type of gasket roll is the right one? Rubber and fiber? Cork and rubber? Chemically-Treated fibrous material sheet? There's so many to pick from...

Cork is not a good idea it wont stand up to ethanol blends, and it is likely too soft a material to use here, and don't use silicone sealer either it will brake down after a while, I honestly would say just use a roll of gasket material that is rated for fuel.

I have this fel-pro roll laying around, can I use it on the intake manifold? It says it's for sealing oil, coolant and gasoline, I would think it would seal air just fine, right?

felpro 3060 gasket paper pack. use the dark grey colored gasket paper.
you will need to buy two but they are like 15 bucks a pack.
the roll you have might work but isn't very user friendly.
