CV axle spline count HELP

Hey everyone,

I've been trying to replace my outer CV on a 95 eclipse GSX rear LSD axle. I talked to DSS and they said that almost all LSD axles came with 30 spline axles. When I took off my CV, the axle had 22 splines on it. Anybody ever seen this before? I now have to send my DSS 30 spline CV back for a 22 spline one.

Really need some input.

LSD and nonLSD rear axles have different spline counts on the inner end for sure. I don't remember the numbers, but they're definitely different.
