93 tranny spline count?

what is the spline count on a 1993 AWD tranny?

i have not counted my self but from what i have read in many posts
90 and 91 should both be a 22-spline t-case. then late 91 and up it is 23

Well I will be getting a 93 tranny to take the place of the 90 I have now so I will need to get a 92-94 x-fer case so I can match the 23 spline tranny.
