There is a 3 prong white harness near the SRS red harness on the left side of the steering colunm. I know the horn is the far left pin and the other two are for cruise. Are these switched grounds or positive? Are these constant or only active when the cruise control button rocker switch is pressed?
 
The horn (pin 1) is a switched ground. Cruise pin 2 (blue) is ignition switch power (+12v). Cruise pin 3 (black-white) is a biased sense voltage into the auto-cruise ECU. Voltage depends on what cruise button is pressed (becomes a violtage divider).
