Tuning without a wideband is not a good idea.

1. Not sure how you consider that WOT when your max TPS value is 92%.
2. You might want to take another look at your timing DA table. You've got some not-so-ideal transition points, assuming you happen to start a pull lower than 4k RPM.
3. We can only assume your AFRatioEst value is correct if your MAF Comp sliders are dialed in perfectly. Without a wideband, we don't know that since we have no truth to look at.

What can I do to smooth out the DA table, do I need more timing before 4k?

I will not comment on timing changes until you have a wideband and have verified your MAF Comp values are set. Timing is the last thing you adjust (MAF Comp > Fuel > Timing).

Plus, it all depends on what you want this tuned for, where you'll typically start your runs, etc. It's really up to you if you think you need/want more timing, in addition to how much the car can take before you're either not making more power or seeing knock.

The best way is to use a value called WBFactor (yup, you need a wideband for this to work ;)). You use the fuel DA table (not the sliders), get your table setup, and then make a pull. Then you go through the log and at every Hz value that's in the MAF Comp table, you stop there in the log and see what WBFactor reads. If it's positive, you move the slider up the amount of the value. If negative, you move it down the value.

Then go do another pull and see how things look. In the end, your AFRatioEst and wideband lines should read the same. BoostEst and a logged MAP sensor will also end up very close to being lined up as well. But since you don't have a MAP, that won't do you much good.

Your setup isnt good (no FMIC and injectors way too small) and the tune is off, boost est is not near the 23psi u say u running. Why are u pulling fuel? How do u even know to pull fuel without a WB?

Pulling fuel per afr est, logged some more last night in 30 degree weather, IDC's shower over 80% on these 650s at 22psi. Airflow claiming I'm flowing 305 grams/sec.. Almost 40lbs per minute?! Intercooler and downpipe is definitely gonna outflow these injectors...

AFR Est needs to be called AFR E/T (Esitimate/Target) In closed loop the value is an estimate. Wide open throttle it is a Target. Meaning during wide open throttle pulls the value is a target the ECU is trying to get to, the only way to tell how far off is with a wideband. So as it stands u have no clue what your AFR is.

The cold winter air is what is keeping the engine for knocking. Run this setup in the summer time and boom.

Yea I thought it was target, and for the air I know this much, that's why I said the pulls were made at night when it was super cold, I'm monitoring knock extensively, but the cold air is letting that little side mount get away with murder. Larger injectors, wideband, downpipe and intercooler are all coming soon, should pick up some nice power. I'll get back to you Wideband warriors when I have one on this car LOL!

Thanks Guys
