Doing my first water pump/ timingbelt replacement and I'm not sure exactly if I have the crank lined up right

....and be sure you're replacing the balance belt and all of the idler / tensioner pulleys while you're at it. I've never torn apart a 4G63 which had a balance belt tensioner pulley that wasn't dry, rough, and about to explode.
 
I agree while your in there do it all. I bought a kit online that brought all Gates belts, the balance shaft eliminator kit, water pump, and new 3g lifters for $180. Gotta find the site again but def. best thing Ive done on my 2g gst maintenance wise so far. :thumb:
