he doesn't know if it was cut though, take the crank to a machine shop (or anyone who has a micrometer) they will measure it for you then all you have to do is figure out what the stock specs are. which is what i would also like to know? and if its been cut well figure out the difference and that is the size of the oversize bearings that you would use.
