I recently did a oil pump in my 6 bolt it got bad before I did it was spiting everywhere in the engine bay. I changed it drove it for a couple days and i think my crank went or spun rod bearings. Someone I talked to said the oil pump in a 6 bolt can have a effect on.the bearings the car shit off while driving I pop started it and it didnt want to go it stalled when I hit the gas

A spun rod bearing will cause a loud knock while the engine is running. If that's the case don't start/drive the car anymore. A spun/bad main bearing will cause the engine to lock.
Sounds more like a boost leak, check fuel and spark, as well as timing.

Edit: You might want to rewrite your post, its kind of hard to read.

if you think you spun one, id replace all the bearings while you were in there. i just had to do it since i spun multi bearings in mine

Sorry about that but its something in the bottom end I know that I haven't dropped the oil pan to check the bearings how hard is it to change the main bearing

When I tried to crank it over it sounded like it was struggling to do so

First you need to know if any damage was made to the crank.
I woulnt replace the main bearings with the engine in the car.
Maybe the rod bearings, but I really doubt I would.

Like I said before how do you know its coming from the engine internals? Sounds like the car is just having trouble starting/running.
Have you checked for fuel, spark, boost leak tested?

Pull the pan off inspect it and have the crank turned or get another and replace the bearings a manual will be helpful to get started with any dsm project, depends on a lot of things if your asking how hard is it if your not sure i would have someone who knows what he or she is doing fix it. I did a full engine rebuild when i spun a bearing but i had other things going bad too.
