cracked oil filter housing?

ok heres the story...I blew my 14b so I got a 16g, externally gated , everything....So I go to take out the allen wrench screw in the oil filter housing and I stripped the sob...So I consulted a friend and he said he had an idea so using a hammer and pounding in a star bit he eventually got the screw out...I went to take my car for a test drive and it smoked under boost, so I stopped and looked under my car and I had a pile of oil so I immediatly went home(about 1 block) . I cleaned the oil filter housing real good and started the car and it seems like the oil is coming from right above the top bolt on the drivers side...I"ll try to show you in this picture. Could hitting the screw with a hammer have caused the whole housing to break somehow? any help would be appreciated thanks

YES he could have cracked the OFH - It also may have just loosened the gasket behind the OFH - Those Allen Plugs are Loctited in & need to be hit quickly with a Propane Torch prior to removing - If you haven't already go with an Air Cooled Oil Cooler setup when you repair it.
