Ok I have a 90 plymouth laser turbo. I have just a one wire laying under the master cylinder thats a plug in.

second question any idea why my car is idleing like this

I only hit the gas when it jumped to 2000 this is with the maf plugged in
it idles at 1000 with out the maf,

As for the idle surging that could be a lot of different things. I suggest you do some searches for "idle surge" and start trying to eliminate the problem from there.

Yes that is where your fuel pressure solenoid and purge control solenoid go. However they are not if you necessary if you remove your EGR, charcoal canister, and other emissions lines. Looks like someone removed your solenoids, it's no big deal, I removed mine too.

Is that video a cold start or is it already warmed up? Look into your ISC or your FIAV first. Also clean your TB really good. Could also be leaking CAPS in your ECU. Very common problem on these cars.
