Yes i know how to search , yes i did some reading ...BUT mine is a bit different..
i am going from fwd to awd ...But my trans is n/t this is my issue ..Not sure if they are the exact same or not
cars 94 fwd with n/t transmission - swaping into 90 awd

Questions
Are the n/t clutch disk the same or same size as the awd ?

I did some reading and have seen that the fwd - awd , front shocks are the same .but the rear are to short

But will after market kyb or megan (probably spelled those wrong but you have the idea) shocks and spring from fwd fit on the rears with out problems ? Or are they all the same

can the cas wiring be changed to work with 91-94 cas's --Didln't do reading on this one yet

any other little things i might need to know about ..I of course will be doing more reading , other links you may think i should read or think of ..Let me know and post ..thanks

There is a difference between the non turbo and turbo fwd flywheels. The non turbo is a flat flywheel. The turbo flywheel is a stepped flywheel. non turbo and turbo pressure plates and clutch discs are not interchangeable. Also there is a difference between fwd turbo and awd turbo flywheels. They both use the same pressure plate and clutch however.

Also I think the diameter of the non turbo is smaller if I remember correctly.

As far as cas pretty sure you can just get the CAS from the year of your ecu and harness and you will be fine

A lot of n/t turbo mechanical stuff will not swap mostly just body parts that is interchangeable

IF you are talking about a 2g than you are correct, but for a 1g, you are very wrong. The 1g turbo and non turbo (with the exception of the 1.8) both use the same 2.0 engine with identical accessories and just about everything else. Everything from a non turbo 4g63 will bolt to a turbo 4g63, and everything from a turbo 4g63 will bolt to a non turbo 4g63.
