2G Cooling Fan Toggle Switch

Can someone guide me with step by step instructions what to do? & Things I need. I have no A/C, car overheats caused by fans not turning on, relay is retarded, not blown but just doesn't work. Anyways I want to set up a toggle switch to turn the 2 fans on and off. I had it wired to the ignition but for some reason it stopped working today. Usually they turn on when I put the key in and turn it but not anymore...

Yes it should be fine. I doubt the draw is over 30 so using a 40 amp relay would be safe so you don't burn up your nice new relay! Most aftermarket fans draw about 13 amps each. MOST...
