I have a G2 gst and I was wondering if anyone knew if I wanted to flash my chip if I could or if I would have to buy a new one?

Do you have an eprom ecu?

Hey castertroy. The best bet for u is to get a 95 eprom ecu and then get a chip. The 1995 dsm are the only year (2 gen) that has the eprom ecu. Also , the only ecu i know of that u can reflash is the evolution and the audi. I think i saw a 95 eprom on ebay.com if u are looking. Thanks oj

Or she could just check the ECU in her '95 GS-t

Either way, you have to socket the ECU, you can either get that done at a local electronics store, or they'll do it for another $50.

i wouldnt get a chip upgrade unless u are going to do some top speed racing! and if u have alot of mods! becareful with that stuff it can ethier make your car WOW or you sayin "SON OF A F**KING B*TCH" frequently.
